We live stream classes, 7 days a week. You can view our 🟢 live schedule here.

How do I stream Elle On Demand classes?

We are web, iOs and android based! You can stream on our Android app, Apple app & Web.

Do I have to reserve my 🟢 live class in advance?

The add to cal function is a tool to make your life easier and keep you accountable by helping you plan your workouts. You don’t need to sign up to take a class and can join at any time! You can view our live schedule here.

Is Elle On Demand for me?

Elle On Demand is for everyone! We have curated our library so that we have something for everyone. Within our wide variety of styles, lengths and impacts, you will be able to find a class you LOVE. What type of classes do you offer?

No matter your workout style, ELLE ON DEMAND has you covered. Choose from 100s of 15, 30 and 55 min classes, go for one of our challenges or choose a skill-building program!

Prefer to follow a curated weekly schedule? We make it easy with quickie classes, no equipment classes, no impact classes and of course, our signature pulse-pounding sweaty AF options.

How can I favourite a class?

You can add a class to your favourites by selecting the 🤍heart, located in the lower left-hand corner of each on-demand video.

How often do you add new classes to the on-demand library?

New classes are added every single day!

What are your subscription plan offerings?

You can subscribe to either a monthly or annual subscription. We offer two different memberships. For $19.99 CAD a month you can have access to our entire On Demand library plus LIVE. If you prefer just to go LIVE with us, our LIVE classes are $4.99 each for non-members or 3 for $11.99.

How can I change my membership plan?

If you created your account on our website, you can change to quarterly or annual membership within your account settings:

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I change my password?

Once signed into your account, you can change your password by clicking My Elle or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Password and update your password.

How do I update my payment information?

If you created your account on our website, you can update your payment information within your account settings. Sign into “Account” on www.streaming.elleondemand.com, select dashboard (located in the upper right-hand corner), followed by “Billing”. Update your billing information & click “Save Card”.

If you created your account within the app, you are billed by Apple through your iTunes account.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking “Account” or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty through your “Account” . Click here to sign into your account & here to manage your subscription. Any questions or concerns, email hello@elleondemand.com.

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
